We’re a small family of laid-back steak houses, fired up by the big, juicy stateside flavours from the best of east to west coast dining; from comforting to mindful, indulgent to low cal and everything beefy or loaded in between.
It kinda goes without saying we’re famed for our steaks, but we’re also big into our small plates, BBQ feasts, American craft beers, brews, cult cocktails & kicked-back vibes.

Don’t want to cut the night short? We wouldn’t be Harper’s without some proper Southern style hospitality. If you need a place to rest your head after the good times, our stylish rooms are an easy, welcoming stumble.
And to melt you out of one day and into another, we’ve got little lifts to help you kick back; Nespresso machine, Bramley bathing products, Egyptian cotton sheets and the comfiest beds.

Our newly refurbished private hire space is ideal for celebration drinks, private dining and business meetings with space for up to 50 people (depending on room set up). Lower Swanwick, Hampshire is situated at the eastern end of Bursledon Bridge, which carries the A27 across the River Hamble. 6 miles from the city of Southampton.
The banks of the estuary house many small inlets and approximately half a mile along the footpath the view opens up right down to the Hamble’s mouth with Southampton Water.
